Sessions can either by booked individually or you can choose to use my unique BreakThrough Coaching session where a whole day is devoted to helping you live the life you want.
How many sessions will I need?
You may choose to come along as many or as few times as you wish and I would expect for most issues I’ve mentioned that two or three sessions may be required.
If you feel you have a few concerns that are across different areas in your life, or that you can’t verbalise the exact problem then a BreakThrough session might be the answer for you. These are whole day coaching sessions which are designed specifically for you and provide you with massive and life long changes.
What actually happens during a session?
During a session, I will take notes on your history, how you came to be where you are in your life and design a series of exercises (the technical term is “interventions”) to help reprogramme your behaviour to get the results you want. So it’s rather like having a chat and then doing some easy to follow techniques where you might make feelings, sounds or pictures in your mind.
The interventions use NLP as their foundation which involve visualisation techniques, some hypnosis may be used and Time Line™ or regression therapy. It really depends on the individual and what we decide together. The processes of visualisation are simply using your imagination – these techniques access your unconscious mind where learning and change can take place.
If we decide that hypnosis would be a good tool to use, you remain conscious throughout and are totally in control at all times. It’s a bit like a daydream or that sensation of having driven home and then realised you can’t remember large parts of the journey. Have you ever done that? I have ... and that’s being in a trance.
Kinda nice really.
